When you work with me

We slow things down and explore what is happening in your life now, what feels pressing, confusing, or stuck.

Alongside talking, we also pay attention to bodily sensations, emotions, and subtle signals, as additional sources of information. We reflect together on what is happening, by bringing our perspectives into the dialogue, so you can explore what is supportive and what is hindering in your current situation.

There is no rush and no pressure to find the “right” answer, we allow time and space for something new to emerge. You are gently challenged and encouraged to explore, at your own pace.

Over time, this work can help you trust what you sense and know, relax inner pressure, and appreciate what you already have. This can bring more clarity, confidence, ease, and the possibility to see yourself and your life differently.

Anxiety

Do your thoughts keep racing, looping over the past, worrying about the future or what others think of you?
Does your body feel tense, your stomach tight, your heart racing? You might feel stuck in daily life, limited in relationships, lacking confidence, or like you’re not reaching your full potential - lost in the woods, unsure which way to go.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.
Working together, you can feel calmer and more grounded. You can regain a sense of agency, act with more ease, and notice your body relax. You can start to have lively, authentic relationships, see your choices more clearly, and express your needs with confidence - including trusting yourself and your own abilities.

Life transitions

Are you in a phase where something is ending, shifting, or no longer fits — and you feel exhausted, pressured, or torn between options?
Life transitions can bring doubt, grief, excitement, and fear at the same time. You may feel disoriented, uncertain, and under pressure to “figure things out.”

There is space to meet this differently.
Working together, you can cultivate more curiosity toward yourself and the situation, feel less driven by expectations, and reconnect with your own needs. Over time, this can bring more liveliness, clearer orientation, more authentic relationships — and a sense of breathing more freely again.

Living abroad

Living abroad or moving between countries can bring pride and opportunity — and also doubt, exhaustion, and a sense of not fully belonging.
You may feel caught between cultures, far from familiar home dynamics, isolated or anxious, and less grounded than before.

There is space to hold this complexity.
Working together, you can learn to hold two worlds at once, become clearer about your own needs, and relate more compassionately to your choices. This can include grieving what needs to be left behind, while finding steadiness and orientation in your current life.

Leadership through tranisition and complexity

Leading can be a lonely place, especially in times of change.
You may know what needs to be achieved, yet feel stuck about how to get there. A new role, shifting expectations, or a changing organization can bring doubt, pressure, and the sense that what used to work no longer fits.

This work offers space to grow into the leader this moment is asking for.
We build on what you already know and sense, while exploring assumptions, fears and what may need to be left behind. Through awareness, bodily sensations, and shared reflection in the here and now, you can develop new ways of having impact that feel authentic, grounded, and sustainable.

Introverted leadership

Being a leader can feel particularly challenging when your style is quieter and reflective.
You may feel pressure to adapt to louder, faster, or more extroverted norms, carry self-doubt, or struggle to share your ideas and needs — even though you have a lot inside that wants to contribute.

This work offers space to trust and honor your unique leadership style.
We value quiet, depth, and reflection, creating safety to explore your strengths, awareness of your bodily sensations, and what matters most to you. Slowing down allows you to gain confidence, express your perspectives, and develop authentic ways of having impact that suit who you are.

Burn out

You may feel exhausted, disconnected, or running on empty.
Things still get done, but without energy or meaning. Your body feels tired or tense, relationships at work lose their vitality, and you may feel alone with the pressure to keep going — even as your effectiveness and motivation fade.

There is space to slow down and notice what is no longer sustainable.
By bringing attention to bodily signals, patterns of effort, and what is happening here and now, you can begin to recognize what needs rest, what needs to change, and what might restore a sense of vitality, clarity, and connection over time.

What you can expect

  • Time and space to slow down and look at what is really happening in your life right now

  • Attention to your bodily sensations, emotions, and thoughts as equally important sources of information

  • Shared reflection, where we explore together what supports you and what holds you back

  • Space to try out small experiments or new perspectives, with gentle challenge and encouragement, at your own pace

  • Support to trust what you sense and know, and to reconnect with your inner agency

  • More clarity, ease, and confidence over time, and new ways of seeing yourself and your life

About me

People often come to me when something no longer fits — when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or in transition, without a clear sense of what comes next. This may show up through bodily signals, a life or leadership transition, living between cultures, or a growing distance from themselves or others.

My way of working is experiential and collaborative. We slow things down and pay attention not only to words, but also to bodily sensations, emotions, and subtle signals, bringing them into dialogue. Sessions are active: you try things out, reflect on what supports you, and discover ways of responding that feel right for you.

I have lived and worked in several countries and have been involved in many international projects. Alongside my therapeutic work, I bring a strong background in corporate leadership, HR, leadership coaching, and organizational development, which helps me understand the complexity many clients navigate in their roles and lives.

I am a trained Gestalt therapist and supervisor, with education from the Norsk Gestaltinstitutt AS and further training in body-oriented Gestalt work, coaching, and organizational development. I am a co-founder of the Budapest Gestalt Institute, teach at the Budapest Gestalt Institute and the Nederlandse Stichting Gestalt in Amsterdam, and serve on the external exam panel of the Gestalt Institute in Poland.

I offer individual sessions in English and Hungarian, online and in person, from my base in Brussels.

Here's what my clients say

Talking with Judit simply feels good. She gives strength, understands, accepts, offers ideas, and inspires. Perhaps the feelings of relief and renewal are what come to mind first when I think of these conversations. It's comforting to feel accepted, to know there's no judgment – and she does all this with incredible energy, genuine care, kindness, and a natural ease. On top of that, she is very knowledgeable and experienced.”

- Sofia, Founder and CEO

As a company leader, you often find yourself alone with your dilemmas, and the uncertainty and anxiety that come with them. She is someone who helps untangle and structure the issues, shine a light on sub-problems, and point out what you may not have thought of, yet turns out to be essential. Ideally, this becomes an intimate process, one that brings more to the surface than a solitary reflection ever could. For me, all of this worked effectively and meaningfully with Judit.

- Thomas, CEO

I’ve always aimed to be supportive, good company, and a steady presence—giving from the heart, without expecting anything in return. Then came a moment when I was the one in need of help, yet no one around me could truly offer what I needed. I wanted to gain insight into my hidden “automatic patterns,” so I could finally let go of everything that no longer served me. With Judit’s help, I was able to access those blind spots. I’m truly grateful that I was introduced to her back then!.”

- Ágnes, leader

"What I truly appreciated in working with her was how she consistently encouraged me to make my own decisions, which gave me a huge boost in self-confidence. Her sense of humor helped me get through even the difficult moments. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who values a caring, observant, yet challenging presence—and who appreciates a mindset that’s never one-dimensional. I owe some truly transformative moments to her."

- Judit, mental health consultant
